Late filing notice

If this was the first time you were late you can beg forgiveness and ask for the penalties to be waived.  Adding that you did paper file the 7004 extension timely would also be wise.

Thanks. I have a 2 month waiver period where they will not mail notices. I'm hoping the paper filing will catch up soon. Hate to waste my 1 time abatement when I sent the darned thing. Lesson learned - always send by priority tracking mail.
