last year i over contributed HSA I have my documents from last years taxes but I do not see a form 5329- where can I find this information?

Did you withdraw the excess from your HSA before the due date of the year? If so, you won't have a 5329.

When you are asked, "Did you overfund your HSA in 2022?" what it is actually asking is, did you carry over the excess to this year? If you did not, then answer NO to that overfund question. And don't worry about the 5329.
