just downloaded 2021 and it several issues

-the screen that says lets get your download started after I enter the license number it won't let me choose pc/ windows as an operating system. It is ghosted out. I am working on Lenova operating system is Windows 11

-when I go to downloads and try to open the file the apps says i am trying to install isn't a microsoft verified app.

Not sure what to do.

Are you using Windows in S mode?  You have to take it out of S Mode.  And here's a post about Windows 10 but it might help for Windows 11.

You need to switch out of S mode.  See this Windows FAQ.  The second item is how to switch out.

Note that switching out of S mode is permanent. Once you switch out you cannot go back to S mode.
