Hello, 

Thank you for replying. I placed all of my information into my account but I had to stop during my State taxes. Now when I return to review/edit it only “circles” on the page and my information does not come through. I can not get into my taxes now to finish. 
Please help!

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
