If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

State tax refunds can only be direct deposited to the bank account you requested when you e-filed your state tax return. State tax refunds cannot be sent to a third party processor bank.
If your bank routing number and/or account number for the state direct deposit was incorrect the bank will reject the deposit and send the refund back to the State. The state will then send you the state refund check in the mail to the address entered on the state tax return.
Sounds like there might be a problem with your own bank account, so check that.

And here's something else to check. Could you have possibly chosen the option to have your refunds (Federal and state) ultimately deposited to a Credit Karma Money Spend Account and Credit Karma Visa Debit card? That is one of the options available when efiling. Some people have said they ended up with that Credit Karma option without realizing it and spent weeks wondering where their money was, and it was at Credit Karma. If that is your situation, you can contact Credit Karma Support for the Money Spend account.
The following may or may not apply to you, but here are a couple of FAQs about the Credit Karma Money Spend account and Credit Karma Visa Debit Card just in case that's what you chose.
