IRS is open today 1/29/2020,does that mean who ever filed early and estimated time is 2/13/2020 to get refund maybe we can get refund a first week of February

My status bar says we're supposed to get ours today. Nothing in our bank yet though.

Yes, its possible. The IRS issues most refunds in less than 21 days, although some require additional time.
