Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

If you claimed ACTC or EITC and havent received your return, it's because we used TurboTax! All other tax preparers and pros have already been sent.

Not true, Turbo Tax has nothing to do with the IRS processing of your return. Only the IRS approves and issues refunds.

That is unfortunately false, all other tax preparers and professionals have received refunds into their client accounts.

The IRS expects the earliest EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or debit cards starting February 27, 2019, if these taxpayers chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return.
