I went in and changed my banking info to my debit card from another bank and it still hasnt hit. Im thinking they just havent got the info. Im thinking if they cant deposit it the first time it goes in a stack to be mailed and that doesnt start till april 24

I went though Jackson Hewittand am having the aame problem yall...i have many friends and family that have theirs and as of 9am friday i do t have mine and the irs site is a glitchy joke..no clue what to do since i cant call anyone..my family cant servive another month or two.

I have done all that and it will only bring me up a blank screen. But it's ok, I got mad and went to the IRS websites and put my bank info in yesterday, so hopefully that will work.

I have the turbo card and my stimulus check was deposited on it on Wednesday with no problems. From what i read if you got a refund advance through turbotax on the card or if you were charged for filing through them you would have to update your bank account info. When you get an advance the actual return goes to turbotax first, they deduct their fees then they send it to you. To do this turbo tax has to create a temporary checking account, which no longer exists

I got this message after the message of needing to update my bank information. Stupid me just re entered the Turbo tax card account information and now I can't change it. This was Tuesday still no deposit or deposit date. Really irritating. Have never had issues with turbo tax till this year. Even had issues with my refund this year.

Make sure you guys are only putting in the federal refund amount alone. Do not include the total balance TT shows when you log in, thats state and federal combined. That's also why the system is locking you all out. Now the IRS will send a letter to verify your identity once locked out is what I understood from a specialist at IRS.

Did anyone else receive a key2prepaid card from TurboTax? That's the one I was mailed but I'm seeing everyone saying they got a turbo card... But I'm having the same issue on irs.gov with it saying my information doesn't match their records and got locked out...
