Tax Year Prior to 2020: If we filed with TurboTax, does the IRS have our bank information to have the stimulus direct deposited? Will we me the mailed recipients of the check?

Did you have your money put on a turbo card? I think that is the big question here, if we had our money out into a turbo card will the irs be sending our stimulus check to that account?

Did you have to enter any card information on the irs website? I'm just wondering because I still haven't received mine that I received my refund tax return on is it true as long as you got return put on the turbo card the stimulus check should be deposited onto it?

If you had your fees taken out or a refund advance the irs does not have your deposit information and you need to go in and supply it. Who knows when it will get deposited

I didn't get an advance and I used the free file but got my refund put into the turbo card so will stimulus get deposited onto the card but I don't have any bank account that I could go in and enter 🙃

IF YOU GOT YOUR REFUND ON THE TURBO CARD AND DID NOT HAVE ANY FEES TAKEN OUT OF YOUR REFUND, IT WILL GO ON THE CARD. IF YOU GOT THE TURBO CARD AND DID PAY FEES WITH YOUR REFUND, IT WILL NOT DEPOSIT TO THE CARD. GO TO THE GET PAYMENT PAGE ON IRS.GOV AND UPDATE YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION. If you got fees took out your money through Santa Barbara Bank it would not come on that prepaid turbo card because the IRS have Santa Barbara Bank account and routing number

People who filed and had refund advance, may or may not have to enter their info its different for everyone, I am showing an account number that isn't correct as are alot of other people. Just showing the last 4 of our SSN as the account number.

If you have fees took out your Turbo Tax return through Santa Barbara Bank they have Santa Barbara account and routing number so it will not put the money on your turbo prepaid card you have to update through the IRS get my payment

Yes Santa Barbara is not allowing no money come through a bank for free so if you paid fees through Santa Barbara Bank with TurboTax you will not get your money through the TurboTax prepaid card because Santa Barbara use their account and routing number

Ive read online that un-banked cards(netspend, greendot, prepaid debit cards, turbotax cards) will have trouble recieving stimulus funds and that you will need to go to the irs portal for stimulus checks- the site goes live april 17 and provide an actual banking account info or recieve a mail check. Starting may 1st. Mail checks will begin to be sent out. H
