To properly assist you, what kind of form is it you received? For instance, is it a 1095 tax form? Knowing the exact form will better assist us with letting you know where to enter the form within TurboTax.

I believe it's a PIT-NC? On this form it says to enter $$ amount in line 25 and 25A but I can't seem to find those lines when I go back to income portion of return. Is there another name for this type of form?

You can file an amendment after your submitted return has been accepted by the IRS. See our FAQ on How to amend a return.
