Identity verification

I've been using TurboTax since 2017, and for 4 years in a row, it's took up to a year to recieve my refund because it says I need to prove my identity by the IRS.ive done this for3 years straight. I even bought the idverify account with intuitfor like$800 just to prevent this. So yet again I've got to go to theIRS. And prove who I am. Never did anyone ask me if I wanted to purchase the idverify online thing because it was automatically takin out of my account and paid under the unsumption that this would happen again. So what am I payin because I  called idverify number and the lady on the phone tells me all they do is monitor my online presence. I don't need to pay anyone $800 totell me my name is Nikki and thts all they do. I'm starting to think TurboTax is just as much scam as anything else out there. For real for real .

@Nikki2608 , while I can understand  your frustration with the situation, I am not able to help -- because I am fellow user  ( a volunteer to answer questions and help users ), I have forwarded your note  to my contacts / powers-be and  have asked for help/ resolution.   If you have no joy within 48 hours  , please consider sending me a PM and I will again  and again  shake the tree.
