Not true. I received my third stimulus a few days ago

Don't worry, some of the stimulus checks will be sent to you automatically anyway.

IRS is very busy right now. On top of processing 2020 tax returns, they are also trying to put the new law into the Tax Code and issue the Third Stimulus Check, notify all the software developers on how to make changes to their software once they have each part into the IRC, and they are also still processing Paper filed 2019 tax returns.

My bar did not only disappeared, everything did. I was given a new screen to look for it and when I put my info in it said the info didn't match anyone in their system. Any answers for that?

My return was accepted but no refund - it says it is looking at it further. My taxes are very simple - no child credits,etc. I have tried to call the IRS everyday for two weeks and it tells me to call back another time. Can’t even find out what the issue is. I did, however, get my stimulus check two days ago.

My neighbor, who is a CPA, said if your bars disappeared and the message says “still processing “ they have definitely pulled your return for some reason and it will be long time before it is resolved. I have called the IRS everyday for two weeks and can’t get through. My return was e-filed, not mailed, and is very simple but I can’t find out what the problem. I don’t child credits or any of those things. This is first time I have ever had an issue.

Your e-filed return is still in pending on the server because the IRS is currently accepting/rejecting/processing returns. Sometimes it can take more than 48 hours to process. Only a few returns were accepted early in a test batch. Everyone else has been waiting. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information on pending returns:

Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.

It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund? tool for updates.

GREAT NEWS YALL!!!.... I have been posting on here that my status bars also disappeared! Did through TurboTax and IRS accepted 2.12.21 thrn status bar dissapeared 2 weeks ago! I called the IRS last weekand lady said it would take up to about 10 weeks from the day it was accepted for it to process... it was being reviewed!..... well, i received a notification from my netspend card that a deposit was pending!... less than 30 min later I got a notification that MY TAXES ARE IN AND I RECEIVED THEM TODAY!!!!

KEEP THE FAITH YALL, THEY ARE COMING LESS THAN 10WEEKS!!

I was so disappointed and upset since my family and everyone else around me filed AFTER I did and received them before me, but they still came sooner than I expected! I was about to give up but put my faith in God. His timing never fails;)

Call. Go through All the bs and when time to put social security number DON'T!!! Put your tax identification number And you will Get through. It took me 50 times and a hr and 53 minutes but finally Found out gonna be another 10 weeks

what I'm wondering is if the irs tracker is not working why have it at all. and if this is happening why does turbo tax have their own tracker telling us when we sent out e-file, when it was accepted and when we should get our return back on their system and it tells us when we should receive it by but it isn't accurate either.

@smitty152473 they say it will be another 10 weeks, but it wont. They told me the same thing last week but I finally got mine today luckily! Have faith, theyre coming!

@Alexalowe1 i had the same issue last year and this year. I called last week they said another 10 weeks its still in processing BUT I GOT MINE TODAY! FINALLY. Theyre coming have faith!
