It’s over thousands of people saying this year would be their last year using turbo tax in a tax group on Facebook because of TPG fees and TurboTax taking extra fees not stated.. Me as well. They owe me $40 back and it’s been a issue with everyone that’s went through TurboTax. @SH731

I was charged 78.00 for e-filing both my federal and state taxes; I did not file state taxes. I would like my 39.00$ put back into my account

I called and spoke with a support person who informed me that  they would be refunding my 39.00$ back into my account, should take 2-3 weeks and gave me a confirmation #; so right now I am just waiting to see if this happens. Thank you all for your responses SH731.
