I want to find the draft date for my State tax payment. I see no way to look this up in my account. Does someone know how to find it?

The date that your state tax payment is scheduled to be withdrawn from your bank account is in the first section of the filing instructions for the state tax return. In the PDF of your tax return the filing instructions are the first page of the state tax return, immediately after the federal tax return.

The withdrawal may not be made on the specified date. Sometimes it is not done until a few days later.
