If you are using the TurboTax Online version, the update should be available now. TurboTax will ask you questions to help you fill out the form. If the software advises you to wait until everything is finalized, you can log out and wait to receive an email when TurboTax is ready for you to finish filing.
I think there is an error in my filing. Before your update, I owe $787 to the state of Hawaii.
I ended up paying $1,408. You added the $10,200 to my original gross income of $32,856.
Now my AGI is over $40,000. That is ridiculous!
I used to trust you but, after this. I am so disappointed in Turbo Tax. And nobody answered my call for help!
The state of Hawaii has not yet made a determination on whether they will follow the Federal exemption of $10,200 of unemployment compensation.
The Department of Taxation site says a decision will not be made until after they adjourn in late April. If Hawaii does decide to exempt the first $10,200 of unemployment, then they may adjust your return on their own, or you can file an amended state return.

But why did TurboTax added the $10,200 to my Gross income?
My taxable income is only $32,951.00
By adding it, you increase my income to $40,404. Therefore, I had to pay higher taxes! Correct?
When first started filing with you, my estimate taxes due to Hawaii was $787.
Then, all of a sudden, it became $1,408. It's insane. Why?
The State of Hawaii already took my money today and billed me for another $41.88 in penalty for underpaying my estimated taxes!
That means I can't trust TurboTax in future tax filling. Not a happy camper after trusting you all these years!
what was your federal taxable income?
your true income was reduced there by $10,200 if you had UEC of $10,200 or more.
My federal taxable Income is $ 5,404.00.
