I received my refund for amended tax reutrn 2 weeks ago and the status said completed, now it says received and still processing

Why would it say received and allow 16 weeks for processing when I already got my refund

Did you file your taxes and forget to add a w2? I’m just curious if you got your first refund sent to you before you did the amend return

We recommend that you wait until your tax return has been processed. Wait until the return is accepted and you receive your refund before amending.

Turbo Tax will not know the status of your returns. Please see this IRS publication on amended returns.
