I received a notice from the IRS that my tax’s we’re under review and was wondering what I need to do about this notice

Unless the letter specifically gave you instructions to mail something or do something then you do nothing about the notice.  The review means that your return is pending because IRS is verifying information on your tax return. They may contact you before processing your return
