I prepared my tax return using Turbotax in 2022, I paid the federal and state taxes. But my tax returns weren't submitted online. Now the app shows nothing.

I received an email in July 2023(Which I didn't see until now in 2025) due to turbo tax sending lots of spams as well: Hi Nirzari starpayal, We’re reaching out to you because our records show that you haven't filed your 2022 tax return with TurboTax and we apologize for not informing you sooner. The good news is you’ve already paid, so all that’s left are the final steps to finish and file your taxes. Please take the following actions to complete your return today: Sign in to TurboTax Select the Finish & File section Follow the steps to complete your e-file. Now, when I try to follow those steps, I see nothing in my account. What can I do to fix this situation?
