I ordered another turbo tax product since it was for a prior year and now that I have it there's nowhere where you can file 2023 tax year.

What TurboTax product did you purchase? Did you purchase the 2023 desktop download? You cannot use online software for a 2023 return. The online software can only be used for 2024. You have to download the 2023 desktop software to the hard drive of your own full PC or Mac and use it from your own computer. A 2023 return has to be filed by mail; it cannot be e-filed.
