The best way is to report your lost card is to do it online. 

You can report your card as lost by logging in here: TurboDebitCard.com.

@Winston2298 Once received, you will need to activate your Turbo Visa Debit Card.  You can do this by visiting the following website and selecting the blue "Activate Card" button:  https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/
