If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. Case # [social security number removed] I went to the website to report the card lost or stolen but I can't report it because I never received the card so I could not register it and it is requiring a card number. Is there a number I can call at the card service to get this resolved. I would really like to get my money asap.

@jamesgunnarson Call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address on file, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days. Follow the steps below. I have called the system to create these steps for you.
