How do I file 1098 T and 1099

I am assuming you mean an amendment and you filed but did not add your 1098-T or a 1099?

If so, once your original return has been processed you will log back into your return and click on the amend your return button.  

You will then be asked what you need to change.  

The 1099 will go under Federal>>Income>> Then select the type of 1099 you have

The 1098-T will go under Federal>>Deductions and credits>> Education Credits
