If the Refund Advance offer came up for you to apply, you would have had to choose how you wanted the Refund Advance sent to you. If you choose the Turbo Visa Debit Card, then within a hour of your refund being accepted you will get a email to set up your account. Then within 48hrs after your account is set up your refund is deposited on the temporary card that was set up. Next your physical card will come in the mail within 5-10 business days.

While completing your taxes with TurboTax®, you may have the opportunity to apply for Refund Advance provided by First Century Bank, N.A. Member FDIC1 on a Turbo® Visa® Debit Card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC.

Please click the TurboTax help topic below, once you get into this link click on "Where do I apply for Refund Advance?" This will show a screen shot of the application that will come up if it is offered to you and how you can choose the TurboTax Debit Card.
