I’m not sure why the IRS is saying they never received my return for 2019 that I filed in March of 2020 thru turbo-tax deluxe. Can anybody help?

Why is it that you can’t get a live expert I’ve paid almost $200.00 with no customer support.

Did you efile successfully ???   Log in and check ... what is the 2019 filing status ?

If you efiled....Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.  How to get a copy after filing

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

I’ve checked to verify that my return was submitted and accepted per Turbo tax yet no information comes up on where’s my refund and I’m putting in the exact amount shown on my return status ect. After calling the IRS they claim it was never sent electronically via turbo tax. Something’s gotta be wrong somewhere.
