Before you file you better check with your parents and see if they claimed you as a dependent. When did you turn 19? Are you still a full time student? If they claimed you be sure to check the box that says you can be claimed on someone else's return.
And....if you worked in 2023 and had a W-2, you could still file a 2023 tax return to seek a refund of federal and/or state tax withheld in boxes 2 or 17 if you obtain a copy of the W-2 from the employer. You could ask the employer for another copy of the W-2. If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late.
A 2023 tax return cannot be e-filed. It has to be filed by mail. You could get the paper forms or use the desktop download software to prepare the return to mail in.
