Did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail the return? If you filed by mail, it can take about 6 weeks to get a Federal refund.
If you efiled, double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home. Does it say "accepted?"
If that showed it was accepted, you can use the tool at the IRS website below to check on the status of your Federal refund. What message do you see there?
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
If the IRS tool says it is still being processed, then since it's been longer than 21 days, here's how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay.
800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
FAQ: How do I track my state refund?

The IRS says 9 out of 10 filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their Federal refunds within 21 days after being accepted. Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation.

My answer above tells you how to verify that you filed successfully and how to check on your Federal and state refunds. Once you say what you find out at the IRS Where's My Refund tool, we can tell you the next step.

I did the efile and it was accepted the day after I did them on the 15. I tried calling and tracking it yesterday but it told me the same thing when I try tracking it on the website. That they can’t give me any information on it.
I'm sorry, but only the IRS will be able to assist you with this issue. Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, TurboTax can no longer provide updates or information. Please see How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? for instructions on contacting them.
