The TurboTax Visa Debit Card is considered direct deposit with an account attached to it just like a checking or savings account.
If it has been longer than 10 business days since you filed your tax return and you selected your direct deposit with the Turbo Visa Debit Card (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days) you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 and follow these steps to request a replacement card:

Nooooooo......I have NOT used a direct deposit with Turbo Tax.
This is the first time I have tried this company and in the payment for my tax return I was not allowed to recieve a check from the government.....I did something absolutley stupid and poked the button to give me a debit card.
But now, I am STILL waiting for said card to be sent to me. I HAVE recieved multiple e-mails from Turbo tax asking me to activate it.
But no card.
I was told by your company that it might take until the second week of August , the first Friday of the month, as the latest I would recieve my return.
Nothing yet.....a few e-mails though.
