Turbo tax
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
Make sure your state return was accepted: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
To track your state refund:

Turbo tax says the tax refund was accepted both state and federal even when I log in now it still says accepted but I never received my refund and they ( turbo tax ) is now emailing me saying I never even filed my state taxes
TurboTax's marketing sends out emails to remind users to file. If you began your return in an "old" account and then switched to a different one, the old account is generating those emails. But you need to check your state refund status on the state's site and perhaps even contact the state to make sure they have your return since it has been so many months.
