I got my taxes sent to me on a turbotax card. Will my stimulus check be sent to me via mail, paper check? Or will it be out onto my turbo card where i recieved my taxes?

• I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

• I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

Then why is the deposit not on my debit card if I qualify? Why did the IRS say they needed my account amd routing number for direct deposit? I received my refund on the Turbo card.

I called a love agent Saturday. She was great! Told me my stimulus check was going to go on my turbo card. Keep this in mind. For the last 8 years in a row I’ve used turbo tax. I’ve taken the card option the last 3 years. So now it is 4/16 and I still have no money. I took it upon myself to look at the track my check on the IRS website. After entering in my information. It said,”We do not have enough direct deposit information available”. So no not all people will get their money on this card. I had to update my information, and I used a total different bank and I will no longer be doing my taxes with turbo tax. Hidden fees more and more every year, and lies lies lies. Everyone look up this question. Go to the online portal on the IRS website and make sure your information is entered...... I was told I didn’t have to do anything. But I didn’t get money when I was told. Once again. I had to take it upon myself to look it up, and all information given was inaccurate.

I was told over the phone and online I didn’t have to do anything. I still haven’t gotten it yet. At this point I give up, turbo tax says they will help you even after you file. Well..... Apparently **bleep**ing not. I used a total different account, and I’ll never use turbo tax again. I’m not the only turbo tax user with this problem. Everyone else in my household got theirs. 5 days ago, and they all went to a professional. Turbo tax tells you 30 bucks to file, then when you submit they say it’s 130......... that’s without the upgrade. It’s cheaper to pay an actual profession instead of a robot. I always was like well I got this far I’ll pay the extra 100 dollars they stiffed me with. **bleep** Turbo Tax 8 years of filing down the drain.......
