I got less than half of my refund back

Hi I am aware of the issue of people not getting their full tax return back and it is very frustrating. I’ve been on the phone with the IRS and no one picks up, I’ve tried using your live support system and clicking a bunch of links. There are no offsets on my account so I would appreciate if someone can get back to me asap. thank you

Same. I wish the IRS would just do simple ordinary working citizens tax return automatically. They know all our information already
