I filed with TurboTax in 2019, when I click on download/print return it says I did not file with them that year but I have conformation emails that I filed in 2019.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Because I did not file with them in 2020, I am unable to open my 2019. So I can not pull past returns?
