By "IRS website", I'll assume you are referring to the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool and that it found your information.
As to how long it takes to process the return and send a refund, it can vary. The IRS says 9 out of 10 filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their Federal refunds within 21 days after being accepted. Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation.
This IRS FAQ gives some situations where it might take longer than 21 days:

NOTE: If you are subject to the PATH Act , i.e., if you qualify for EITC (Earned Income Credit) or ACTC (Additional Child Tax Credit), then by law the IRS cannot release a refund for returns with those credits until after February 15. The IRS website says some folks subject to the PATH Act may not see a Federal refund until the first week of March while those who chose direct deposit may receive theirs in late February.
Thank you that's the website I was talking about but I didn't file nothing specific just a normal 10:40 and there was nothing on it I'm 68 years old so I just I don't understand other people's got theirs back but thank you very much for the input
Ours were accepted on Jan 25th as well. Still haven't received them. We did get Child Tax Credit. Wondering if many others are in the same boat.
There are several reasons why your refund could be delayed. Some of the reasons are: you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit and/or an Additional Child Tax Credit (if you claim either of these credits, the PATH Act requires processing to be delayed), you filed Form 8379 (Injured Spouse Allocation), you have a refund offset, the IRS found errors, inconsistencies, or missing info on the return, the return is under review or the IRS suspects identity theft or fraud.
Since it's been more than 21 days since your e-filed 2021 return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status. The IRS contact number is 800-829-1040 and they are open Monday - Friday, 7 am to 7 pm (local time).
I did too and got accepted by irs. The tax chart says if you filed and got accepted before the 26th that you get get refunded on the 17th.. mines still haven’t came.
If you had earned income credit or additional tax credit, your refund would not have been able to be released until mid to late Feb by the IRS due to PATH act.
You can read more about the PATH act here. @Quateze28
