Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I filed my return yesterday and it has been accepted. When I click "print return", it opens a 1 page doc that's not my actual return. How do I find it to print?

Where do I find my ACTUAL tax return? It hasn't been emailed to me and it's not in my documents. Again, when I click "print return", it gives me a single page about printing my return in Florida. How do I print my actual return?

Try this -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Florida does not levy a state individual income tax. You do not need to print and mail an income tax return to the state.

The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser by April 1st.

If you do need to file a Form DR-405, nothing will print (except an instruction sheet) unless assets were transferred or you manually entered assets in the DR-405 worksheet.

If you do not have tangible personal property to report, choose Skip State in the State Taxes section.

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return.

Thanks. Turbo Tax definitely charged me for filing a Florida state return when I didn't need to file one. I tried clicking on the link you gave me to contact customer support but that just sends me into a loop that doesn't take me to an actual customer service rep.

How can I get my $50 back from Turbo Tax? I don't understand why it pressured me to file a FL return when I don't meet the requirements at all. :(
