If you chose to print, sign and mail your return, you status will show ready to mail because TurboTax has no way to know whether you actually mailed your return or not. You must mail it. TurboTax doesn't mail it for you.
What does the IRS web site say about the status of your refund? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
Did you efile? Was your return Accepted? You can check your efile status here https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Or did you print and mail it to the IRS? What do you mean you sent it through paper?
I still never recieved my federal tax return
@Vanessap20 You mean your Refund from last year 2018?
When did you efile? Was your return Accepted? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. Just paying the fee doesn't file the return. After you paid did you continue on to the very end and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
