Did you receive any unemployment compensation in 2020? Unemployment is taxable income to enter on a tax return.
Many people will receive checks in the mail by next week for the 2nd stimulus---so before you assume you are not getting it, wait for the mail.
I didnt let them take taxes out of my unemployment i needed all my money due to the pandemic
So you can file a return with the unemployment income. You will get a 1099G for Unemployment. It is taxable. If it was more than $12,300 you might owe tax on it. Are you married? Then you can get the Stimulus payment on your return.

Unemployment compensation is taxable on your federal return. Enter your 1099G for unemployment in Federal>Wages and Income>Unemployment
Go through the screens very carefully to enter any federal/state tax you had withheld from the unemployment
You might need to get your 1099G from the state’s unemployment site when it becomes available in January. You will need to use the same password etc that you use to certify for weekly benefits
