Dont report your card lost or stolen unless it is. That's stupid cuz then you cant even check your balance.
I am trying to cancel my card and not getting any help. I called the number on the back of the card and not getting an option to speak to someone. Right now I am not happy and think you suck!!!!!! I want this done now. Not paying monthly fee

Per the cardholder agreement, it states:
How to Close Your Card. Simply spend down the amount on your Card, cut it up and throw it away. You may close your Card at any time at www.turboprepaidcard.com.

I have called the number on the back no one's picking up the phone at this time I need to know what has happened to my second turbo card it keeps saying that is at the post office for delivery but I haven't gotten and that's been two weeks now
Please try contacting your local US Post office to see if they do have it. Try creating an account to see your card information.

Call intuit directly! It will take about 2 hours to get someone on the phone. Make them send it to you by Fed ex. They will give you a tracking number 24 hours after its sent. I called on Friday, got mine today. Been waiting since end of Feb.
I called numerous times and waited on hold for up to 2 hours every time to just have the line disconnect on me without anyone ever actually answering! On the maybe 7th or 8th time I called, after waiting for about an hour, someone picked up!!! I was in shock at first, but there was someone on the line! It was hard to hear/understand the person (I think they use people in different countries), but got a new card issued and had them send it FedEx 3 Day shipping. It will cost you $15, but they deduct the amount from the greendot cc. Don't ask them to mail it via the post office - tell them to express ship it via FedEx! I got my card within a few days. This was a few weeks ago. I was supposed to get the original cc in Feb.
When I call because I never received the card it wants the last 4 digits on the card but obviously since I never got the card I don’t know it. And then it just says call back when you have the information. I can’t get ahold of a live agent.

I’ve been waiting for 2 months for my card and never received it. I call the number and it’s just automated message. I need to actually speak to someone and can’t it’s driving me crazy
I tried that and since I had a card last year it won’t let me go any further. There is no option to talk to an actual person. I’ve been waiting on my card for 2 months. I need my money and don’t know what to do
