How to resubmit e-filing ?

I efiled my state return on Monday and status is 'Accepted' in TT,  but as of today, the state agency said they haven't found my return and suggested a resubmit.

I went to TurboTax but didn't find an option to resubmit my state tax. 

Please advise.

Once the e-filed tax return has been e-filed and accepted by the IRS or the state, the tax return cannot be e-filed again.

The state has to locate the tax return that you e-filed and they Accepted.  Call the state and speak to a supervisor since they have your tax return.  They will probably ask for the Submission ID so you should also call TurboTax support and request the State MeF Submission ID.  If the agent does not know or says they cannot get that for you, ask for a TurboTax supervisor and explain that this is for a state and you need to give the state the MeF Submission ID.
