How to fix F8960-019-04?

Fed Return Rejected. Schedule 1 has a business loss on line 3 from Schedule C. Form 8960 line 4a shows same loss, but 4b adjusts it with positive of same amount, Therefore 4c shows zero, but federal rejection note seems to say it must be show same loss as on Schedule. How to fix? No walk through correction. TurboTax seems to say wait until around February 16. So what's the problem?
