How to file 1040X for last hear (2022). I missed filing 2 W2; 1 for $6847 and a second one for $2475

I received a rebate last year, but forgot to add the 2 W2 above which would've change my AGI an additonal $9,322

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2023 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2022 and Click on Amend (change) 2022 return

Do not expect quick results from amending---it takes 4 to 6 months for the IRS to process it.

Use a mailing service like certified mail so you will know the IRS received it, since you will have a long wait for it to be processed.
