How to do an Amendment in turbotax Business

When amending a tax return in turbotax business it helps me fill out a 1065X.  According to the IRS this form is not for e-filing.  We are also supposed to file the amendment to the same place we filed originally.  I see no evidence that Turbotax actually filed anything electronically.  I have no instructions on how much more I owe.  In fact there is very little in the way of documentation for this process in turbotax buisness.  I suspect there may even be a glitch.
