I was going through the steps to e-file and paid my $69 fee with a credit card. I did not end not end up filing my taxes using TurboTax and did not see a way to cancel my return and this transaction. How do I go about cancelling my credit card transaction since I did not file using TurboTax?

You paid to have TurboTax prepare your return. There is no refund if you did not file.
