How to access Free File for prior year tax returns

How do I access my Free File account in order to access prior year tax returns? I recently lost everything due to a fire and need copies of previous year returns but Turbo Tax no longer participates in the Free File program so how do I access my prior year tax returns? I tried to reach support ten ways from Tuesday but they seem to be mythical creatures that only exist in a phantasy land that doesn't really exist. I just need access to my account.

This doesn't help one bit. The question is... how to access FREE FILE PROGRAM prior year returns now that TurboTax no longer participates in the government program? These files were suppose to still be accessible but I can't find any support that help access FREE FILE PROGRAM FILES.
