I just received IRS audit report and owe money. How soon should I amend state tax for the years which had been audited by IRS? Can I do state amend in turbo tax?

Once the audit is complete you can amend the state returns.

Yes, I understand I can amend now. But I wanted to know if there is a limit of time that I have to get state amend done (eg. 6 months from IRS audit is over)?

since you will probably owe the longer you wait the more the penalties and interest will build.  in some cases, like my state, waiting too long increases the penalty rate
