How long does it take to get a check from tpg

When you spoke to them did they say your account was flagged due to reporting them to the bbb? I got a new date of 4/8

That just means they put a note that you keep calling and you made a complaint on them they did the same thing to me my date is 4/8 as well

Same was told by tpg mine was sent March 4,2022 still nothing.

I too am going through  similar issue.

IRS processed my refund on 2-24-22. Went to their website.

TPG site shows that it was deposited into my bank account.  My bank has no money trail or transactions regarding the deposit.

I called TPG. I was told that there was an issue with the account number. Told that a check was sent out 3-16-22. Still have not refund check.

Emailed 3 times with no response spend 2 hours on the phone with no contact.

I checked the TPG line again and it states that a check was sent out again today. 

How is that possible?

My refund is substantial as well. Being  a single parent with a special needs child.

Struggling to make sure we have enough.

What they are doing to their customers is an abomination.

Is that what they told you?  They told me and thousands of others of us and date and most got it 16 days after that so 24 days in total from when they received it. Good luck.

There was a check printing issue controller of currency got it resolved all checks went out 3/24 for us who’s been waiting since 3/4 we shall get our checks by 4/8

I’m sorry they’ve told you all another lie.  They had an excuse for a batch of 3,362 people that were to get checks on 3/4/22, which was internally proved where the employee was wrongfully fired for being honest to his customers.  He is now in litigation along with myself and many other in what we hope turns into a class action lawsuit.  We just need more people to join us.   It’s NOT okay what TPG is doing to and telling their very own customers.  There’s a written statement from a board member of the company on how much money their making in interest y holding checks and lieinf to customers.
