I too am going through  similar issue.

IRS processed my refund on 2-24-22. Went to their website.

TPG site shows that it was deposited into my bank account.  My bank has no money trail or transactions regarding the deposit.

I called TPG. I was told that there was an issue with the account number. Told that a check was sent out 3-16-22. Still have not refund check.

Emailed 3 times with no response spend 2 hours on the phone with no contact.

I checked the TPG line again and it states that a check was sent out again today. 

How is that possible?

My refund is substantial as well. Being  a single parent with a special needs child.

Struggling to make sure we have enough.

What they are doing to their customers is an abomination.
