How long does it take to get a check from tpg

She verified me left me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me

Walmart has a 7500 limit on checks Wells Fargo said they couldn’t cash it at all. And my bank put a 7 day hold on it. What a fn joke hope everyone gets there money this week definitely wouldn’t recommend TurboTax to anyone at this point.

Still no check.

Been calling since 3/4. Reached someone that day and was told my check was mailed 3/2. Haven't reached a live person since. Sometimes get disconnected. Sometimes it's just busy. Today I've been in the call line for 1 hour and 26 minutes. I have twice emailed customer support (3/22 and today). No response. 

Filed complaint with BBB (3/22) and Comptroller of Currency (today).

How do you file a complaint with controller of currency ?

That’s been happening to me too. I did a call back but missed them 😕 still no check today but keeping faith. I’ve been calling this morning and the line says closed. I’ll reach out in another hour. Hopefully I can get someone on the phone today. Keep me posted. Fingers crossed you get yours!!

I’m in Florida so they are California time so the lines open up for them at 11AM here in Florida

They say it was mailed 3/4. And no one has cashed it. Sent me a form to request a new check but I’m wondering if I should wait it out until next week being they give out inadequate dates. My refund was rejected 2/24 as well. He did also mention that some dates in their system is incorrect and was mailed out differently. Hope this gives you some insight.

There headquarters emailed me stated they got my complaints I filed with bbb and controller of currency and to give it a few more days to receive the checks lol they stated they gone reply to my complaints explaining what happened so just don’t fill the form out yet give them till next Wednesday

I'm trying to be patient too but it's hard lol I called last Thursday and I told the guy I've been very patient and I'm tired of being nice. He said just wait a little longer because if I request a foem then it will only delay it longer. So I told him I'm gonna give them until this Thursday and if I don't have my check then I feel bad for the next representative to answer my phone call

Im giving it to Monday. I do have my mail forwarded so it could also be a cause in delay. Nothing today for me. Hopefully someone get theirs today though!
