That’s what I thought myself but others were saying something about tracking it through informed mail service
When they sent yours out?
When you sign up for informed deli every when its scanned in at the post office for delievery you should be able to see it. But if you just signing up today it won’t show you past mail and can take up to 7 days to apparently show going forward to be completely set up! It’s a mess! All of it! TPG, Turbo tax and postal service. I guess all we can do is wait and keep trying to call cause apparently nobody can do anything at TurboTax or TPG!

did you finally get your check? I filed end of january. My DD was supposed to hit my account on feb 23 but unfortunately it was going to go to a closed account. I am in the same boat as alot of people here too and its march 17.... still no check! This is frustrating. I will never allow myself to have to depend on tax money again after this year. The stress is killing me
Tomorrow makes the 10th business day they was telling me to give it until Tuesday the latest because the weather in California bad
So you did get someone to tell you when they supposedly mailed your check? Only thing I keep getting is the automated line that tells me they mailed a check but no date
Call them put your information in and when it’s done telling you they sent out a check press 4, then it’s going to say would you like a call back press 1 for yes and then they’ll call you back within a hour. I call everyday and do that and speak to someone

You work for a bunch of crooks. Like EVERYONE in this community, regardless of if they’ve FINALLY got their checks, we’ve all had the same problem with you and TPG TAX CROOKS. We’ve all been lied to over and over and it’s absolutely NOT acceptable. Yesterday evening was the 13th time on the phone with TPG and once again I was lied to until I begged to not be put on another two hour hold and to please hear me out. They gentlemen did and I explained and read countless comments in this community to him. I think I cracked him because he finally gave me some soft spoken information about this company, explaining what is going on. His words were as follows. “Sir, I do understand what’s being said and I’m very sorry. I’m sorry that this company has lied to so many people and it’s putting a lot of stress on it’s employees as well. Many of us (employees) are tired of reading off a script to tell you want you want to hear as far as when checks will arrive. The company doesn’t want anyone to know the truth because they screwed up and are covering their tracks. Sir, there was a major glitch in the system that caused millions of checks to be printed incorrectly That’s why some bank are asking those who deposited the checks they did receive to reach out to the company to make sure the money is available and linked to those checks……” And on and on he went with information. I explained we all have been told so many different dates and their all lies. He explained that it was caused by this glitch. He ASSURED me my check would arrive today but after checking my “Informed Delivery “ from USPS, my check won’t be here today again (day 10 or day 20 including the weekends). I asked what happens if it doesn’t come and he said I’d have to call back in and let them know. They’ll then request a void to the current check (which will take and additional 24-48 BUSINESS hours) to be approved and another 24 hours to have a new check printed and mailed. After that step, it’ll take another 10 days to receive my check. This is unacceptable to me. I ask that everyone that’s in this situation and community with me to file a complaint with the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE in your state and San Diego California where the company is located. I wish you all the best of luck that you get your check today.
Also, if available in your state, get the USPS APP on your mobile phone and enroll in INFORMED DELIVERY so you can see what mail is coming today for any day before it arrives in your mailbox.
