No one can fix anything on your tax return for you. No one has access to your account or your tax return. If something needs to be fixed, you have to fix it yourself. If you have not yet e-filed then go back into the software and make the necessary changes, or if the return is being rejected, fix the wrong information and try to re-file the return. You might need to click on Add a State ---you do not really have to add a state return but that trick can let you back in to the return to make changes if you have not e-filed yet.
If you have already filed the tax return with the wrong EIN on a W-2, and it was not rejected, don't do anything. Wait to see if you hear from the IRS. If you are getting a refund, the incorrect EIN might delay the processing of your refund.
