That’s no help. It’s bull. Stop using them as a vendor if you can’t guarantee we will get our refund
Then stop using them as an option people aren't able to get their money. I am going to contact the IRS and complain. I feel that this company is holding peoples money on purpose by not sending out our cards.
Same here. No card and getting the run around. I’m calling the IRS today and also NYS. I hope they get shut down

I never received my debit card from turbo tax, and they are also saying that my refund was deposited into my bank, but I have no bank, trying to figure all that out, what can I do about it...
In this forum, we do not have any information about your Turbo Prepaid Visa card or you account. You have to go to https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us in order to connect with the service department that can help you.
OK, so I followed all of these steps today, and it still asks for a card number. Can't do that if I don't have a card now can I? I just need to speak to a human. Taxes were filed on 2/18, funds were released on 2/28. Still don't have the card!
@shast9898 Try this. Call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address on file, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days. Follow the steps below. I have called the system to create these steps for you.

My problem is not being solved . Please don't say you can't help because I pulled up exactly what was on my card.
