As of today I can’t log in use the app or even call them!!! What’s going on? Yesterday it was fine, and now that stimulus checks are here I can’t access!! I’m one step away from contacting the better business bureau.

I just contacted an attorney.  Hes checking into it and going to make the call to better business b.  Not only cant you log in to site. Or the intuit  turbo card app is down too. Websites are blocked. They have robots answering and scanning texts and emails. They are trying to charge 30.00 to speak to someone.  Myself and others have been told by irs that turbo tax  never gave irs our intuit  turbo card bank information  for direct deposit.  Nor in my case did turbo tax give irs my federal  taxes. Even though they sent me an email that they were done and accepted  February  8th 2020. If you want to give my attorney  your name. Email me.
